AFAIK all BG were made by Rubycon for Jelmax. Production stopped because producing polymer caps for computers is more interesting for them (financiallly).

The F series is very old, I am not aware that BG caps go the same way normal electrolytic caps go with age. I don't use any electrolytic cap when it's older than 5 years. But maybe BG is an exception to the rule.

Default How old is the BG "K-series?"

Hello JP,

Since the "F-Series" is over 15 years of age. Do you have any idea about the BG "K-series?" Which one is older so that we can avoid the old caps? Thanks,

Hi Jazzy,
I like to buy 10 pcs of BGF1000uF/35V from your collections, but first i like to see the picture from the top angle of your BGF. Just for sure what marks on it.
