Vishay/Siliconix TO-247

 These were purchased excess for the F4-(triplets) and the original BA1 & BA2 ‘heater’ designs. These were matched by a ‘pro’ using both the conventional method and a Tek577 Curve Tracer for increased accuracy: Matched Vgs within .005 VDC

 Each set is comprised of FETs that have identical lot numbers.
