Hi,
I'm looking for a decent value in an LCR meter. It can be used or a good priced new unit. I would like to get 1% accuracy for less than $150.00.
Is it doable? I need it mostly for measuring caps for an active crossover and inductors and caps in passives.
I have a Fluke 8050A for all my other measuring needs.
TIA

You won't get a new instrument with <1% error for that price. However, you should be able to get a second-hand component bridge of the required accuracy quite easily for that price. In the UK, there are dealers that specialise is this sort of kit, and they advertise in the electronics magazines. I expect the same is true where you are.
