WTT: 22 000uF/100V BC Comp on bigger caps

I have: 8 (eight) New 22 000uF/100 V VISHAY BC COMPONENTS caps.
New never used. Produced in 2004. Bought in Holland 3 years ago.
Screws and washers included.
Cap dimensions:
Height:105mm (~4" 1/8)
Outside Diameter: 65mm (~2" 1/2)
Weight: 0.48 kg (1,06 lb)

I need: more capacity at lower voltage (25V minimum) for ex. 68 000uF / 25V.

plus shipping, which wont be cheap

Caps are for sale - its hard to compare cap vs cap

All 8 - 170 USD (120 EUR) shipping included.

Otherwise 20 USD (14 EUR) a piece.
You can haggle

Shipping cost:
Europe - 15-20 EUR
All other countries - 20-25 USD
Price depends on the amount.

If they do not sell will operate at a voltage of 25V
