matched 2SK369-V for sale

These babies are difficult to source.
This is what I did: I grouped a lot of jfets measuring Idss. They are grouped at 0,1 mA with the usual method (G + S tied together on earth; 9 volt battery in series with amp meter and Drain) at room temperature (19,5 degrees Celcius). The range is from 15 mA till 25 mA (datasheet says that V variant can go from 14 till 30 mA). Groupsize is from 2 to 8 pieces with the same Idss (0,1 mA precision). I have a list so you can choose. I will send them using antistatic bags.

I had a question concerning buying more sets. I will give a discount if you buy more sets. You always pay full price for the most expensive set, second set 25% discount, next sets all halve price.

I would like to buy two sets of four matched groups. If they are still available, my choices are Item #74 (or #75) and Item #98. That would be a total of eight discrete devices.

And yes, you're right, these babies are hard to find.

I have some 2sk369-V left.
They are used for Allen Wright's phono and preamps and can also be found in this high end shunt regulator: HV Shunt Regulator PCB
