(matched) Fets for your F4, F5, Aleph J...

I'm clearing out my stash of matched fets that collected over the last few years; I have matched fets of the following:

Fairchild:
FQA19N20C
FQA12P20

Fairchild 610
Fairchild 9610

International Rectifier:
IRFP240/IRFP244
IRFP9240

IRF610
IRF9610

Toshiba:
2SK1530
2SJ201

All fets of each type are from the same lot.

Price is 3.5 Euros for a matched pair of either IRF/Fairchild 9610 or 610, 5 Euros per matched pair of either IRFP24x or IRFP9240 and finally 8 Euros for a pair of either the FQA19N20C or FQA12P20.

As I saw the big Fairchild-fets became obsolete, so when they're gone that's it as I have only a few left.

For the Toshibas I have yet to see how many I have and how much I paid.

For triples or quads please mail me so that I can check what I still have as my stocks are rather limited.
