KT88 amplifier for sale $750 obo
Here is an amp that I built several years ago that does not get much use any longer since I built a pair of huge monoblocks. It is really nice! Rosewood and maple throughout. 1/8" 6061 aluminum top plate. Dual mono design using dual full wave bridges into 810uf of capacitance per channel. DIYTUBE Poseidon driver boards. Lots of good quality parts. It is not the quietest amp I have built, but the noise floor rivals most comercial amps I have purchased. Please PM me for additional pictures or details. I no longer have the power tubes for this amplifier. I can include a quad of Svetlana 6550Cs along with a pair of Sovtek 12AX7LPSs, and NOS GE 12AU7s.
Asking $750obo plus shipping +/- $40. This sucker weighs at least 40-50lbs!! Thank you, Blair |
