I'm looking for the complet mechanism with laser.

These are extremely hard to find. I've had success buying CDM 4/19 players & swapping only the laser. I would check laser outout of CDM4/19 before swapping. Should have a laser output of .4 to .5 ma based on my experience. Good luck
