What is the condition of the PHL drivers? Are they new? Do they have any defects?

Default PHl 1120's

They are in perfect condition zero defects and look like new. I bought them to try out in my 300hz horns and decided to stick with my compression drivers.
They are very dynamic and natural sounding but only 97 db. my compression drivers are 110 db and I can use the #45 tube that I like with them better.
I believe I paid ~$270 2 yrs ago.
