Do they come with the case, nobs, rcas etc, or do you know a way of procuring said case?

i am only selling the boards. i have RCA jacks and such, but that would be separate. par-metal.com would be a good place for a case.

How easy is it to change the frequency? I assume it's a swappable module with some resistors?

it's just an 8-pin header that you put 4 resisters into. it's simple. you can use your own resisters, you don't need to buy the "frequency modules" from marchand. you just use 4 identical value resisters and plug or solder them in, that's it!
