BUZ901DP lateral mosfet wanted
Hello
I'm looking to get some BUZ901DP lateral mosfet in flat package . Actually I would like to get 4PC . I have the complementary pairs and I'm unable to use them with out the 901DP. If you have please let me know , also how much you want for them . Thanks Greets |

Hello
I'm still interested to get 4PC BUZ901DP in flat package or if you have some extra Exicon 20N20C i would be interested to get 4PC . Since Exicon and BUZ laterals come from the same source I would be interested on both . I have 4PC BUZ906DP and I can use them with out the complementary parts . My amplifier project ready just need to get these Laterals to finish it . If any one has some extra the old flat package please let me know . Thanks Greets |
