These are ~90mm/3.50" in diameter w/ pot alnico magnet structure & whizzer diffusor, unknown Japanese manufacturer. They have a 6-ohm DCR for a nominal 8-ohm impedance. I don't know the exact year but they are likely late 1960's. They sound nice, are very efficient, and would be a good replacement for a vintage speaker or new project on the cheap.

Those look like the whizzer cone tweeters that i pull out of a specific Lloyd's loudspeaker to get at the lovely 6 1/2" FR. The FRs were, i guess, built to spec by a number of OEMs... the same is possible for the tweeter.
