I have an old completed K4020 MOSFET Amplifier kit here which I built years ago. It was working well for a couple of years and then suddenly started blowing speakers. I never managed to diagnose the problem and don't even recall if it was in one or both channels. So this is quite a debugging project for someone. I was never very well trained in electronics and only just managed to build the thing so I'm afraid fixing it is beyond me.
Owing to the weight of the amplifier I am reluctant to post it anywhere, so this may only interest those able to collect it from me in person in Hackney, East London. I'm not far from Old St tube.
