Default WTD: INA103 and LM4562

Any distributor that sells these in small quantities for a reasonable price?

INA103 @ LittleDiode for $30 is ridiculous.
IMHO, the whole "firm" is a joke.

"Shelf stocks" are also welcome.

Well, I can work with all packages, and will work with all packages except BGA.
SO-8 or *SOP are preferred, though.

Well... maybe not.
However it may turn out that it is superior to others.
Meanwhile, the Texas product selector is kinda crap as well.

I ordered some as samples, I will try and find out.

I need to use it as a fully differential low-level (mic, etc) input stage for a 192/24 ADC board I am designing.
