Default IXYS 10M45S current regulators, qty. 36

Hi:

For sale is a lot of 36 IXYS 10M45S current regulators. TO-220 package. These were purchased maybe 2-3 years ago, but were NEVER removed from their ESD packaging.

These are available for $1.59 from Digikey, and $1.89 from Mouser.

I am selling for $1.00 each, and shipping is free within continental US. Ask me for shipping costs elsewhere.
