I am looking for a pair of MJ10023 transistors. Not MJ15023
The MJ10023 are 40 amp, 400V darlingtons for switching power supplies as used in Carvers. If you have a pair, please let me know. tetech2@doitnow.com Zc |

Thanks. I did see those, but those are the Generic NTE parts that scare me. One size does not fit all in audio nor SMPS supplies! I have used NTE parts in non critical things like pinball machines, power supplies etc but i try and stay away from them if possible. I may just have to order those but thought i would try and find a pair of the real deal Motorola parts.
