Want: Toroidal 800VA 2x30VA
I'm looking for 800Va or 750VA Power Transformer

You could use a LC Choke Input instead of just C filter after the FWB rectifier, so a 40V 0 40V tranny should get you the required 36VDC...
I have a 600VA 40 - 0 - 40...get yourself a couple 2mh chokes with low DCR good for 5A and you should be set.
