Dont know whats the best flavour but after some matched irfp240 or similar.

Depends on power and heatsink size.
If you go for lowish power as per original Rollins circuit, I can offer you matched IRFP044s (and not 044N). If you want to build 100W, then you'd be better off with 240s, and you can get matched ones from tech-diy amongst others. Just search Market Place. Patrick |

But its the high power one. Need 12 fets per channel, Nice to get all 12 matched but I guess its only groups of three? Cheers for great site. |
