Duoyi Digital Transistor Tester DY294

"The DY294 Digital Transistor DC Parameter Tester is used for testing the DC parameters of manifold semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and controlled silicon and field effect transistors. It also can be used to test the withstand voltage of capacitors, the protection voltage of varistors, and can test 78 and 79 series three-terminal voltage regulators.

The tester uses a large scale integrated circuit for digital conversion, has high sensitivity and accuracy, and uses a liquid crystal display which can be read directly. It is compact, durably constructed, portable and especially suited for inspection and screening of devices and components by technicians in electronic factories or engaged in electronics repair, lab staff and radio fans.

Applications:

Measuring forward voltage, reverse voltage, forward saturation voltage, drop amplification factor, and reverse leakage current of various crystal diodes, silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR) and field effect transistors (FET).
