These were bought from RS (order code 189-0911). All devices are in their original unopened RS antistatic packaging. I have an additional device bought at the same time which is out of it's packaging and has the following device markings:-
IRFP240 <International Rectifier logo> 041H 65 35 I will supply this 25th device FOC for mock-up purposes as it hasn't been protected in antistatic packaging. Also included are thermal pads BERGQUIST 2015-104 TO-3P (qty 25). These were purchased from Farnell (order code 681-120). These will be posted on ebay (uk) at 19:45 on 6th Feb 2009 for 7 days. |
