Power iron and choke are tentatively spoken for.

I'm lowering the price of the KT88's to $40 delivered.

It rocks. However, I want a headphone amp and I'm short on cash for an oral surgery I need to have done next week (no dental insurance right now). I'm going to start on a headphone amp after new years. Had I known I'd be going under the knife, I wouldn't have started on this project. Had to build it an listen though once all the parts were here.

Oh crikey, you should have just asked. We could have provided you with a suitable low cost headphone amp that would have allowed you to keep the Simple! Not to completely derail your thread but since you mentioned a Millett MAX somewhere else feel free to shoot me a email about that. I was the one who spearheaded the original revised Millett low-voltage hybrid design and I'm sure I've got a boat load of parts kicking around.
