Hello,
I am looking for a decent quality toroidal transformer in the 22 volt, 220-300 va range. Does anyone have one to sell? Thanks very much, Derek |

Hi Derek,
I live in Ottawa, and I have several toroidal transformers up for sale right now. Lots of Toroids and Transformers for Sale!!! Take a look at the list, and let me know if anything is suitable for your amp. You could probably use T38 without any problems as I used to use 28-0-28 transformers in several of the chipamps I made in the past. I'm not sure about the details of your project, but there is also the potential for using a regulated supply if the output power isn't terribly high. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all. We can arrange a pick-up/drop-off which would save the shipping costs. Cheers, Owen |

Hi Owen,
Thanks very much for your offer but I am not sure that I would like to go as high as 26 volts. It's a pitty given that you live here in Ottawa. What are the changes of that? I am also not completely sure of the 230 primary on your T38. Kind regards, Derek |

Derek, you should allow email contact (in your user cp ---'edit options') if you want people to contact you directly. I may have an extra Plitron in that range that you could use, if you are interested.

I would be interested in the tranformer. Please feel free to send me an email at dleschinsky (at) sympatico (dot) ca.
Due to my recently joining this forum I will have to wait a while to send email. I will however change the email option at your suggestion. Derek |
