WTB: Quality driver for sealed sub (12-15") UK

Hi

I'm looking for a nice quality woofer/sub driver almost certainly from the UK or EU or shipping is going to be v expensive.

12-15" is the size I'm looking for, but wouldn't discount others. Qts around 0.4-0.5 and an Fs < 25.
Really a driver that will give an F3 in the mid 30s or even better the high 20s in a reasonable sized sealed box. Something along the lines of the Adire tempest/shiva would be ideal.

ACI SV12? A good few years old, and will need a 60 - 130 litre box to get the best out of it.
£50 inc. next day shipping or collect from Nottingham.
