the e-mail address you used is wrong. Replace the 'q' with a 'g' and you may have succes (I had).

That is weird indeed. But, they didn't charge you and Spencer still has the fets available, so order/pay again and everything is fine

Hi, I finished matching the JFETs. Out of a 100 2SK170BL I ended up with 26 unmatched JFETS and 37 pairs, many identical and the rest within +/- 0.02mA.
The first histogram shows the abundance with bins 0.04mA wide. The second histogram shows the same with bins 0.01mA wide. Thanks a lot spencer!
