Well, clearly it can't. I think Mads specified 4-6mA were possible but ideally 5mA as this is what he made his with and it is, he says the ideal.

That's interesting. I can't argue with you, as I know nothing about this stuff - it's all black magic to me

I'll certainly put that issue to the designer and see what he says though. He is an electrical engineer by trade, so I am surprised though.

pilli,

J74V is $1.5 each and I can only matched quad (4 pcs) and the current tolerance is 0.4ma only due to small population. Shipping is $3 by registered post and also add 4% paypal charge to total.

No K170V.
