Well, it looks like I have been officially stiffed by Rubydac. I have emailed him at all known email addresses, PMed him through this site, went through a Paypal dispute process all with absolutely no response from Rubydac. I know he had the opportunity to see my emails because the record shows that he was online just four days ago on 11-16-2008 at 1:44 AM
I would love to make a retraction if he would just deliver the tubes or refund my $260. Take this as a warning to anyone considering dealing with him. |
