Matched pairs of 2SK170BL and 2SJ74BL and stuff...

Hi everyone!

Got some matched pairs of 2SK170BL and 2SJ74BL to sell.
Fets are matched to within 0,02 mA (no mistake here, thats the way I like them) so pretty much as good as it can be. There are the following number of pairs (these are max no. of pairs from the lot) :

2SK170BL pairs - 25 - 4$ per pair

2SJ74BL pairs - 22 - 6$ per pair

Shipping charges are $5 flat international.

TDA1541 are just that - first version with no suffix.

"$3,5 per pair " means you get a matched set of 1 2sk170 and 1 2sj74 for a one time price of $3.5.

Don't have any sm5842 / 47 , sorry.
