Thanks Ferdinand!!

The AD1865 NK chips arrived yesterday and I installed one in my AN DAC last evening. The differences are not subtle - more natural tonality, a more controlled and better resolved bass, more bloom to the soundstage and overall more black space between the notes.

A very worthwhile upgrade. (I guess that's why AN uses them in the DAC 5 Special at 65K!)
