Because of some poor planning, I ended up with threaded drivers (BMS 4540) and bolt-on waveguides. I tried some throat adapters, but that didn't work well so I've decided to get some bolt-on drivers. I'm willing to trade for the BMS tweeters, see this thread for details:
FS/FT: Pair BMS 4540 compression drivers I'm looking for something in roughly the same price/quality range, that can handle a 1.5-2.5kHz crossover, and preferably with a non-metallic diaphragm. Interested in the B&C DE160/180/250, BMS 4544/4550/4552, etc. |
