I was getting ready to order these from BDent for some projects, and right before I ordered, they went out of stock, with an 8 week listed leadtime. I know of a few other sources for these transistors, but none specify the grade. I have about 100 of the GR variety, but as my I/V is open loop, I really want the high hfe class.
I am looking for ideally 64 of each part. Please email me if you have some. |
