Used IGBT's, 330V, 50A, RJP3043
80 pieces total. All checked (functionality).
TO3-P case, no diode. Used in Samsung Plasma TV. Measured parameters: Ucemax=360...380 V Ucesat=1,5 V (Ic=16A) Pdmax=120W (approx.)
