Your packing kung-fu sucks! - LMAO!
- arrived today.
- appears the speakers broke free of the styrofoam cone protectors and wrapped tape.
- dented one of the dust caps, scuffed up one of the cones and scuffed the surround.
- your packing tape over the rear paper label kinda sucks too, can't remove it without destroying the label.
- all is well, though, "un-dented" the dust-cap and everything tests OK...

I SHIPPED A BIG *** 10" aci WOOFER LIKE THAT AND HAD NO PROBLEM..

THOSE FOAM INSERTS WERE HOW I GOT SOME FOCAL DRIVERS
LONG TIME AGO..I THOUGHT I WAS DOING GOOD PACKING THEM THAT WAY..

DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE TAPE MESSING UP THE LABEL...

MAN THAT JUST SO STINKS...
DID THE TAPE COME LOOSE

I STUFFED THE CARDBOARD FILLER IN TTO KEEP THE SPEAKER FROM MOVING AROUND..

ANYTHING I CAN DO??

How did they break the tape? Have no idea, but as you said, they might have played "pass n'kick the box.." LOL!
As far as what you can do... ummm, maybe a future deal discount? (teehee)
No worries though, speakers are fine, minus some cosmetics on one.

Will be deleting pictures in 48hrs...
