It looks like you've got 12 decks there, which would indicate a ladder configuration. Can you explain? That may be why you've not had more interest.

Hmmm,I bought it as a shunt.
It can be used as a balance one if removed some decks.

This is how its should work.
As there are 2 raws with resitors on every deck. So if you remove 4 decks,it can be run i balance mode.

Soldering a stepped ladder attenuator for a balanced amp is more difficult than soldering the amp itself, or at least as difficult.
How many steps does it have? What's its brand? Is it an Elma? Can you list the values of the resistors also? |
