For Sale: Magnavox Woofer and Horn Speaker

I have for sale a pair of Magnavox 15" woofers and metal horn tweeters. All checked out fine at 8 ohms. I was told these are pretty efficient speakers as they come from a console stereo with a low powered tube amp. As you can see the woofer is 15" in diameter so the metal horn tweeters are pretty large. Price is $50.00 plus shipping.

how do they sound? what are the wats?, a baffle size recommendation? can they be enclosed and ported?

I have four pair of those exact horns....low power, maybe 5 watts max. Usually these come out of a console that the speakers are mounted to the front baffle which is open only at the bottom of the console.

My horns sound rather nice....I like them.

Put them in JE lab style OB speaker and use sub below 50Hz if you have space. Very musical and enjoyable.
