Default More Books For Sale

Here are some more books for sell, more to follow:

The Radio Amateur's Handbook, 36th Edition, ARRL 1959 $7

The Radio Amateur's Handbook, 30th Edition, ARRL 1953 $7

Alfred A. Ghirardi, Radio Physics Course, Radio and Technical Publishing 1933
A very comprehensive early work on how vacuum tubes and associated circuits work. A must for DHT fans and other luddites. $15

Joseph Petit and Malcolm McWhorter, Electronic Amplifier Circuits, McGraw-Hill 1961
A fairly sophisticated textbook on amplifier design. Definitely worthwhile for the last three chapters on noise and amplifier measurements. $10

Jacob Millman, Vacuum-Tube and Semiconductor Electronics, McGraw-Hill 1958
Another great book from the McGraw-Hill Electrical and Electronic Engineering Series - requires a little more math. $10

Irving Gottlieb, Regulated Power Supplies, Howard W. Sams 1971
A good little primer for learning the basics of regulated power supply design. Gottlieb isn't going to win any beauty contests, however. $3

Robert Traister, Voltage Regulator Circuit Manual, Academic Press 1989
Cookbook of voltage regulator cicuits using ICs. Lots of good construction tips. $5

William Boyce, Hi-Fi Stereo Handbook, Howard W. Sams 1956 - 1974
A wonderful book from the first Golden Age of domestic tube electronics. Lots of schematics and info on amps and speakers. $15

Reference Data for Radio Engineers, International Telephone and Telegraph 1956 - 1967
A weath of information and data for designers. Includes original nomograph straightedge and bookmark. $10

Electrical Materials Handbook, Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation 1961
Complete specifications and data for silicon steel, nickel, and cobalt permeable alloys. An absolute must for audio transformer designers. Rare and hard to find. $20

Villanucci, Avtgis, and Megow, Electronic Techniques - Shop Practices and Construction, Prentice-Hall 1974
Everything you need to know about building techniques for amplifiers. Probably the best construction manual out there. Step-by-step instruction on building your own chasses. You can skip the part about applying attractive pressure-sensitive woodgrain vinyl, though. $20

Lou Burroughs, Microphones: Design and Application, Sagamore Publishing 1974
Burroughs was a bigshot at Electro-Voice and this is a very comprehensive book about microphones - everything you need to know and more. $15

Martin Mayer and John Conly, Hi-Fi, Random House 1956
Light reading for the '50s hi-fi buff. Conly was the editor of High Fidelity magazine. $7

Paypal preferred.

Thanks,
John

Wow. That was fast. Somebody else beat you to the 1959 ARRL, but the rest are yours.

Thanks,
John
