Is this for a complete 2 channel kit? whats needed to finish the amp? Is there some sort of PSU with the kit?

Yes this is the full 2-channel, you would need a suitable powersupply, heatsink and case. I can provide powersupply pcb's if needed or you can purchase a psu kit from www.41hz.com;)

I believe you would only need the PS1 Power Supply board kit.
