Matched IRFP240/9240's

I have matched sets of transistors available if anyone needs any for building their projects. The models I have enough of right now are:

IRFP240 - pairs within 1mV $5 a pair
IRFP240 - group of 3 within 3mV $13 per set
IRFP240 - group of 6 within 6mV $25 per set
IRFP240 - group of 12 within 9mV $55 per set

IRFP9240 - pairs within 1mV $5 a pair
IRFP9240 - group of 3 within 3mV $13 per set
IRFP9240 - group of 6 within 6mV $28 per set
IRFP9240 - group of 12 within 9mV $55 per set

These are matched on a digital transistor matching machine. Shipping will be by either USPS flat rate or UPS, whichever you prefer.
PM or e-mail me if you are interested in buying any. I should have them matched and ready to ship in a day or two.
