2SK389BL/2SJ109BL for sale

These are used but hardly used. This was bought many many years ago (around 2002) for my 1st project. I bought several pieces and when I decided to make another PCB for the project cause i didn't like how the 1st one turn-on out, I have unsoldered these and decided to use unused JFETs.

When I have unsoldered these, the project wasn't complete then. BUT they are used. the leads have been clipped and there's about 5 to 6mm left. the substrate pin (pin 4) has been cut as well as the PCB doesn't have a hole for it.

Since these are quite old, I wasn't sure if it still works. So I just measured (about 30 minutes ago) each section for IDss. All measurements are within the BL range (which I believe are 6 to 12ma).

international buyers pay via paypal (plus paypal foreign exchange rate fees). local buyers pay via direct deposit.

postage is extra. But these can be ship using a regular envelop making the postage quite cheap. I need to tape them to a cardboard though for protection.

There are 3x 109BL and 2x 389BL.

Prices are $5USD each.
