not trying to be smart*** , but you don't need 109s ;

use whatever you find of modern plastic BC variety or local obtainable ZTX variety ;

in case of later- just be sure to check pinout

I've got a dozen BC109C 's for you.
It's available across the counter over here.
Let me know where to send it .
No need for Paypal etc. It's just too inexpensive over here.

Cheers,
Ashok.

Random hfe check ( at 1mA I think )
1. 365
2. 311
3. 328
Looks more like a BC109B to me unless the DMM is not measuring the hfe at the right current.

BC149, BC173, BC239, BC549, SC239, ZTX239 work just as well. The only noticeable difference is the lack of metal housing...

Best regards,

Mikkel C. Simonsen
