I've got a dozen BC109C 's for you.
It's available across the counter over here. Let me know where to send it . No need for Paypal etc. It's just too inexpensive over here. Cheers, Ashok. Random hfe check ( at 1mA I think ) 1. 365 2. 311 3. 328 Looks more like a BC109B to me unless the DMM is not measuring the hfe at the right current.

BC149, BC173, BC239, BC549, SC239, ZTX239 work just as well. The only noticeable difference is the lack of metal housing...
