surely after almost a year you must have found some equivalents that can be substituted.

No, I cannot find any direct eqivalents.

These have an "emitter resistor" built-in.

They are not cheap parts...

If all else fails I think Sanken have transistors with the emitter resistors included, no idea if anything else would match though...
