I think you cannot have any answer. Because I am working on a 20W Class A project (just 20W) and I cannot handle even its thermal problems. It needs 0.2 C/W heatsink.
I cannot imagine how much heatsink does a 200W Class A need...

How much power does the KSA160 put out in ClassA?
It might be getting close. But seriously, 200W of pushpull ClassA is some target you've set yourself. Single ended would be even worse for heat dissipation. The 100W of ClassA from the KSA100 dissipates about 270W per channel and probably runs at about 600 to 700W when ticking over. A 200W amp will probably be double this. Yes, about 1400W of quiescent consumption and the same heating power pushed into the listening room.

An Englander who desires that much heat should try to locate a duo of Musical Fidelity A570 dinos.

But what value of ClassA current can the MF570 put out?
MF usually went for high bias ClassAB in their more expensive amplifiers.

The monoblock A570 can be configured to run in full Class A.
A duo weighs in at around 450lbs though.
