Toshiba 2SD424/2SB554 R '7F
I have four complimentary pairs of these excellent, audio amplifier power output transistors. They are the real Tosibas, not some knock-offs i.e. thin plate, hour-glass footprint. They all test good. I will sell one pair or 2, 3, or 4, but I will not break up a pair.
