Default 3 Brand Spanking New Peerless XLS 8s (830491)!!!!

I have three brand new Peerless XLS 8s (part number 830491) en route to my home after the long and arduous task of finding the few remaining...after I sold my original pair. These are arguably the best 8" midbasses money can buy! These are still in their original packaging and have never seen the light of day, they are brand new in every sense of the description!

Sensitivity 91dB @ 8ohm

Displacement 240.52cm^2 of surface area and 10mm xmax for a midbass

A world class driver with low mechanical noise and very impressive performance. Efficiency is excellent, and nearly a good 3db (2x the power) more efficient than any other driver in this group. It's hard to find any fault with this one! Simply the best, if you can find it!
Price Considering that these are arguably the best 8" midbasses money can buy, the fact that they are discontinued and have been sold out for several months (last spring?), and the fact that i'm still hitting myself for even considering selling these beauties again...I'm setting the price at $300 each.

I will have detailed pictures upon arrival of the drivers. I do not want to remove the drivers from their packaging, but if you are serious about the purchase and need confirmation I can get pictures with my username/date/etc/whatever is required.

yes they are the same driver, but no solen is not selling them. Their on sale page is old and hasn't been updated for quite a while. These drivers are discontinued.

You must be jocking, by trying to get almost 10x the price for drivers just recently discontinued. I would try to be polite and tell you that you are in the wrong place. Try to find some fool somewhere else but not here, please.

I love this forum for many reasons.

In many ways the HiFi is of secondary importance when compared to the fact that people, of all types, from all over the world are helping each other with very little to gain.

Have you been helped by these people?
Were the terms of your sale conceived in the spirit of the forum?

Ouch... i've got some arguably better Jordan JX150s. I wouldn't think of asking that much...

Dude, that's insane. They go for maybe $60 apiece on DIYmobileaudio.
