Hello Everyone,
I had planned to build some more parallel lm4780 amps but I have two done, and I am going to instead build a bpa400. I need a transformer for it. Would anyone be interested in trading 6 - LM4780 and 4 - LM3875 for a good sized toroid? If you are interested send me an email with what you have. Thanks, John |

I also have some lm4702/lm4701 and a nice pair of Advent Bookshelf 1's.
Thanks, John |

I also have an MZ500 mini disk recorder with one disk lying around. Surely someone must have a 39v, 1000va torroid lying around gathering dust

Plitron transformers 1000VA Power Transformer Output: 2 X 38VAC @ 13.16A BUT ! I don't know the BPA400 application and I may be wrong but I have serious doubts about the 39V value you mentionned. I would double-check again if this value is the voltage present on the transformer's secondaries or the rectified voltage. Well, good luck with your part hunt ! (digikey.com is a very good place to start parts hunt) |

Well I posted the 39v 1000va figure as kind of a joke. I figured someone might have offered up something smaller. I really was looking to trade as I am low on funds, but I have quite a bit of unused parts. I might as well share some of the parts that I will never use, and finally finish up some projects.
Thanks, John |
