Glass Enclosure for Subwoofer

What do you think of glass enclosure for sealed subwoofer.

I have never heard of any such thing before so probably it is not a good idea but just wondering...esthetically it will look great.

Try searching "glass cabinet" and "glass enclosure" for lots of discussion on that topic. Search under the general loudspeaker category, not just under subwoofers.

i've seen it done with Plexiglass. i post a lot on sounddomain and a guy on there builds boxes out of it. he says it sounds better then MDF.
