I finished building my first pair of speakers. Unfortunetly, they don't have the umph I was hoping for. Luckily I have a 15" ascendant audio atlas left over from my car audio days, alonmg with two enclosures, a 3 cu. ft sealed, and a larger ported (maybe 4.5 cu ft and 30 hz).
I was thinking about getting a 500w plate amp and integrating it. Im concerned that these enclosures won't be optimal. I've yet to hear a sub that is integrated well, so I'm somewhat weary. Can I use the enclosures I have or even the sub? Or would I be better off starting from scratch? |
