Nht 1259 Wanted!!

Hello!!
Does anybody know where i can buy one of NHT1259 subwoofer? The woofer was used in NHT´s 3.3 floorstander. I´m only intrested buying the originalwoofer from Tonegen. Not the MAD1259 which is sold by Madisound. I would like one of the 4ohm-woofers. Can anybody help me? Thanks.//Marko.

I have one coming out of a cabinet that I am going to put to other use. THe NHT has been gently molested.
Dunno how shipping across the pond would work out though.

So digital desire, the price for the woofer? As i wrote in my first post: i´m only intrested to buy one of the original NHT1259-woofers. 4-ohm version.NOT THE MAD1259.

Maal, very sorry.
I had a New Years Eve party last night, and the NHT was hooked up to a buttkicker. (somewhere around 1200 watts or so)
I was upstairs, and someone heard a good song.
From what I could tell, she put up a good fight, her fate was sealed.
It would only work after that if I pushed in on the cone.
Post mortem cannot find the loose connection however.
So ends another (now rare) driver.

digital desire!!! WHAT A WASTE!!! ILve got tears in my eyes!!! So, if you have any information where i can buy one of NHT1259 (4ƒ¶ only). ILm happy cause iLve got one here in Sweden for a low price. So if you, or anybody else can give me som information about where i can buy ine. If itLs used, itLs no problem as long as the price is right.

I guess I'm out of touch on the latest with the NHT1259 replacement saga. Is there something wrong with the MAD1259?

Experiance is a tough teacher. Sorry. I think it was my LT that did it in (bassis), coupled with lots of beer and a crowd.
I dunno if I would be comfortable selling a used sub woofer anyway.
Is the MAD1259 *much* different?
