How thick is a sonotube ?
i need a Sonotube about 22" in diameter, would a standard sonotube be stabel ?

I believe 3/16" to 1/4" depending on brand, or atleast that's what I've heard.
When you say "Stabel", what do you mean? It's not going to support any weight, but due to the fact it's a cylinder, it wont flex in and out so long as you have good sturdy end caps. Line the interior with some kind of sound deadening and you're set. If you want, you could add support rings in the middle of the tube to help deaden vibrations, but they're not needed.
