The reference efficiency of the new 10" Tumult is probably going to be well below 0.1% - somewhere in the league of Scanspeak 23W4557T00 - it can be expected just by looking at the specs of larger Tumults (around 0.15% for 12", 0.3% for 15" and 0.5% for 18").
This combined with all the Xmax and thermal power handling of the Tumult motor is quite likely to require the side panels of the enclosure to be made out of heatsinks. Fischer SK531 or SK533 may be just right... |
