Help Confused

I recently built an enclosure My initial design vented volume was 2.1ft^3 and I wanted it tuned to 27 Hz. I built the enclosure measured Fc from its impedance and measure Fl and Fh. I measured Fb at 27.8 Hz. That was to be expected. I then determined the box compliance and determined the box volume to be 3.128 ft^3. The I built the box oversized exactly to compensate for the driver and port volume. The true volume is 3.125ft^3. If I calculate the Vb from the measured box compliance the port and driver volumes should not be included in it. Is this correct? The driver Vas is .86 ft^3.

If you are calculating compliance then the volume taken up by the driver and vent should be subtracted from the 'simple' Vb of LxHxW.
